### Large Family Friendly Beach Front House

Large beach front home located within a small traditional Thai fishing village. This house boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms an outdoor shower, a large open plan living area with flat-screen TV, child-friendly play area and a fully equipped modern kitchen and fast free WiFi. Bathrooms with additional outdoor showers handy for use after beach visits. Beach 50m from the house where there are a selection of bars & restaurants catering for all tastes. There is a private shared pool for guest use situated behind the house. The house is air-conditioned & all bedrooms have an individual terrace with superb views. A handy tourist information pack is supplied, and additional requests can be accommodated including transport and cleaning services. Khao Takiab is a fantastic village with a wide variety of amenities: spas, restaurants, water sports and easy access to several world-class golf courses. All in all it will be a great holiday experience.  
  
  
Beach activities: One minute stroll from the house is Khao Takiab beach which is wonderful for swimming, playing and walking. There is horse riding, water sports and massage/manicure services available on the beach. Or if you just want to relax, you can sit at one of the beach cafes for some fresh fish or use the deckchairs provided by various cafes. At one end of the beach is Monkey Mountain which you can climb to find local monkeys. At the other end is Khao Tao a lovely little fishing village. If you like walking early in the morning, going from the house to Khao Tao is wonderful as the beach is wide and expansive with little development the further you walk. You certainly cannot get this experience on Hua Hin beach which is quite narrow and tends to get very busy in the peak season.  
  
Elephant riding and other nearby activities: Shopping for groceries is very easy as there is a small shop at the corner of the entry road to our street. For bigger shops you can find a huge Tesco in the Shopping Mall located half way between Khao Takiab and Hua Hin town (4km). Of course you can also explore Khao Takiab village which includes ATM machines, locall shops, 7-Eleven, etc. Very close to the house you can find elephant riding and quad-bike riding for those adventurous enough to ride around the dirt tracks. For golf enthusiasts, you can find a range of golf courses nearby. What better way to enjoy your golfing holiday than staying by the beach and heading to the courses when you want to play. My Thai Manager is on hand to help with anything you need. Most house rentals leave you to figure it all out by yourself. We believe in helping you to have the best possible holiday.  
  
Short rides from Hua Hin: Within easy reach of Hua Hin you can visit a number of attractions such as Pala-U Waterfall, National Parks, Koh Talu Island for snorkelling and the pineapple plantations of Pranburi + lots more. We provide a full range of booklets and maps at the house for your perusal.

#### Perfect place with children!

Large very clean home with enough nooks for a little privacy for everyone. We had a wonderful time in this home! A very short ( maybe 4 minute) walk to the beach and to the pool. Plenty of restaurants on the beach, chairs and umbrellas to rent! Easy to walk to the road with grocery store, massage places, restaurants, and very importantly, easy walk to tuk tuk stand.

#### Perfect spot

This home was well located for a pleasant stay at the beach. It was clean and spacious and had all the supplies we could need. We loved that it was in a slightly quieter part of town, yet there were still many great restaurants to eat at within walking distance, the beach was very close, and a taxi stand was not far away to plan a few excursions. The one surprise was the number of monkeys that would come down from the mountain during the day. They were aggressive if you tried carrying food, and we quickly learned to hide anything of interest. We didn't feel comfortable leaving clothes to dry outside, as the monkeys walked by regularly and pooped a lot. It wasn't a deal-breaker and we would still stay here again. If you kept your distance and ignored them, they'd mostly ignore you. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed it many times. It was very handy to have a clothes washer (we moved the drying rack into the living room). We'd have opened up the house to enjoy the breeze but there were no window screens, but the AC worked well. Thanks for the lovely stay.

#### Tolles Haus in Strandlage

Das Haus ist wunderschön, stimmig eingerichtet. 4 schöne Schlafzimmer, alle mit Balkon/Terrasse, große Küche mit allem Nötigen, schönes Wohnzimmer, 3 Bäder (1 innenliegend). Fantastisch ist der Blick auf den Monkey Hill (im Vordergrund eine Wiese mit 2 Pferden), auch den Kanal mit Fischerbooten sieht man. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, nur Grillen, Affen und der Tekoh-Gekko... Zu den einzeln stehenden Häusern gehört auch ein großer Gemeinschaftspool mit Liegen, den man meistens für sich hat. Neben dem Pool gibt es ein modernes Restaurant mit guter Küche. Wirklich kurze 5 Minuten an der Pferdewiese entlang zum herrlichen endlosen Strand (7 km einsame Wanderungen zum pittoresken Khao Tao am Meer). Auch am Strand gibt es mehrere authentische leckere Thai-Restaurants. Einkaufen im SevenEleven ( 5 Minuten) für alles Tägliche und Geldautomat. In der Nähe auch ein Obstladen, Massagen und samstags ein Markt am Wat Khao Lan Thom. Nach Downtown-Hua Hin sind es 7 km, die man einfach mit dem Sammelbus von Khao Takiap zurücklegen kann (15 Baht), unterwegs gibt es viele Restaurants und 2 große Einkaufsmalls - Bluport und Market Village - mit großen Supermärkten auch für europäische Geschmäcker. Der Bus fährt den ganzen Tag. Wer lieber Taxi fährt, das kostet 200 Baht, oder man mietet sich ein Moped, mit dem man die Gegend erkundet. Nach Hua Hin kann man auch super am Strand entlang laufen. Das Haus hat Klimaanlagen, die im Master-Bedroom ist großartig und recht leise. Der Vermieter hat uns einen Shuttle vom Flughafen Bangkok organisiert und auch sonst auf alle Fragen schnell und kompetent geantwortet, vorOrt ist auch eine Managerin, die auftretende Probleme löst, und hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit ist Champ, der in der Anlage und im Restaurant arbeitet und uns abends beim Ankommen erstmal alles Wichtige zeigte. Wir haben hier 5 herrliche Wochen verbracht und kommen wieder!

#### Beautiful location

My father and his bride stayed, with some other family there in Thailand. They absolutely loved every minute of their stay. Beautiful house 3 min walk to the beach. Will definitely book again if we don’t buy a place there ourselves

#### Amazing house by the beach

Was an amazing clean house that’s a 5 minute walk from the beach! The house was spacious that was big enough for me and 5 of my friends who are all big guys, lots or good restaurants close by and the house manger was super helpful in all our day trips and helping us organise taxis. Was no sound pollution as the neighbourhood was very quite but not far from any major attractions. Lots of fun activities like muy Thai and surfing and kite surfing near by if you want a more active holiday. All the people where super friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend staying here!!!!!

#### Great place for a family!

We had a great stay at the house. We have been to Hua Hin in years past, and it’s been built up quite a lot in the past 10 years. The location of this house is close enough to the major attractions in Hua Hin, but far enough away to make the stay more relaxing. it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, is spacious, and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in, order take away etc. The WiFi works great, satellite tv, and everything you need as far as restaurants and shops within walking distance. There were 6 of us and an infant and was very comfortable. The manager Dha was very helpful and we would certainly book this house again in the future. great stay!!! Great house!

das Haus befindet sich in einer Reihenhaussiedlung, die teilweise unbewohnt ist, 3 min. vom Strand entfernt. 4 Schlafzimmer zu je zwei Betten, drei Zimmer mit Queensizebett, also relativ eng. 3 Bäder, zwei davon oben mit sehr wenig Wasserdruck. Küche ausreichend für ein Frühstück, Waschmaschine, Fernseher (Thai Programm). schönes Wohnzimmer. Nebengelass sehr kramig und sehr vieles kaputt, einen neue konfortable Klimaanlage oben, die anderen schon älter und laut. Am Stadtrand von Hua Hin, bis ins Zentrum etwa 20 min. mit dem Moped, was man braucht. Grundsätzlich aber individuell - deutscher Bäcker ist zu finden, wie auch Supermarkt-alles auf der Hauptstraße nach Hua Hin linke Seite Richtung Stadt.

#### Big family friendly beach house

We had a great stay here, four adults and three children. This is a spacious house, close to a sweeping, lovely beach. The complex pool is terrific and we mostly had it to ourselves. The house is very well furnished, with comfortable beds and has obviously been well loved. We cannot fault the response of Dha, the local manager, to any requests for help or information. She was great. However, a bit more information on arrival, about the house and the area, what to do with our trash etc. would have been helpful

This was our first stay at this house but very comfortable. Close to the beach. Loved all the room for a large group. Very handy having a washing machine and iron. I would definitely come back.
