### Lamyai luxury pool villa

Villa Lamyai is a new built Villa in high quality standards a a land of 400 sqm located at a beautiful private Road in Palm Avenue 1 Village. The surrounding is quiet, it is a 500 meters walk to a Main Road where Restaurants and Shops are located. Even its a easy walk, i would recommend a Car than its easy to drive to Center, Beaches, Golf Courses, Shopping centers.  
From the Carport you will enter the Villa - on the right side is the Sofa- and TV Area (65" Smart TV), on the left side the dining area and the modern Kitchen, good equipped.  
Next to the Kitchen is the Laundry and a small Room for cleaning materials.   
The second Bedroom is fitted by a king size Bed, Wardrobe and a smaller Cabinet. 2 Sets of Linen are available. Next to this Room is the second Bath, fitted with a Rain-shower, Sink, Cabinets, Toilet.  
The Master Bedroom offers a nice View at Pool and Garden, is fitted by a King Size Bed and connect with a Walk-in Cabinet.  
The Master Bath is fitted by a Rain-Shower, Sink and Cabinets, Toilet.  
The covered Terrace is south facing offers shadow all the days, 2 Ceiling Fans take fresh air in.  
The Swimming pool is 10 x 3,6 meters and deep 1,7 meters - so aware of Children and non-swimmers, and the Pool shower is close to the pool.
