Updated furnishings and appliances ensure modern home comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped to satisfy even the most discerning of home chefs. The open-concept design seamlessly blends the living room and dining area. You can stream shows and movies on the smart TV or catch up on some remote work at the dedicated desk. The primary suite boasts a large private bathroom and an enclosed patio that is separate from the main outdoor space. Public marinas, boat rentals, off-shore charter services, local dining options, and the Kemah Boardwalk are all within a five-mile drive. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We will definitely be staying here again next year if it's available! It was very clean and spacious. My favorite was the kitchen and the nice sized patio. The Fully equipped and efficiently set up kitchen made it easy to have 4 people cooking and prepping at the same time. The location is absolutely wonderful for a single mom...there is a park for your children to play and get wet with a splash pad and right across the street there is a market with groceries and anything you may have forgot.
