Although we do expect some insects and bugs when traveling to a warmer climate, there should not be multiple spider webs in each room. Spider webs with dead bugs in each web indicate that rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. There was a note that washer door is difficult to close, but obviously this is a problem that’s been ongoing for a while for them to put it in their host book. Lots of water damage and wood rot in bathroom, mold and dust collected on bathroom vents. Dishwasher was broken and could not wash dishes. The home is perfect for a family with enough space for everyone. There is a wonderful park across the street that we spent hours at with the grandchildren.
