Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this facility. Although we do expect some insects and bugs when traveling to a warmer climate, there should not be multiple spider webs in each room. Spider webs with dead bugs in each web indicate that rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. There was a note that washer door is difficult to close, but obviously this is a problem that’s been ongoing for a while for them to put it in their host book. Lots of water damage and wood rot in bathroom, mold and dust collected on bathroom vents. Dishwasher was broken and could not wash dishes. Had issue with ants in master shower and excessive mold in 2nd bath shower and sink area was musty mildew smelling. Only 1 wine glass, no kitchen towels. After realizing how bad it was, I did reach out & attempt to get our money back so we could find somewhere else to stay but we didn’t get a reply. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house. The beds were super comfy, there was a ton of space from the living room, to the dining room, to the kitchen. We cooked a few meals, watched some movies and were able to relax in the space. The owner was communicative before, during and after. He answered all questions and really cared that we were happy with our time at the house. ##### Christa L. The home is perfect for a family with enough space for everyone. There is a wonderful park across the street that we spent hours at with the grandchildren.
