It's a fantastic property for that age span, as my mom who is 81 was in the main level bedroom, my wife and I were in the Main bedroom upstairs and two sisters -in-law shared the "bunk" room upstairs, and we all had our own bathroom. The home was super clean and very well stocked down to q-tips in the baths. The rest of the home was very comfortable with multiple seating areas in the living/dining space. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was also very well stocked, and it had a super nice oven/gas stove. The train is directly across the small road, and the places around it are a bit rundown, hence the 4 star on location. But, after the first night, we didn't really have an issue with the train.
