Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, and parking are provided free during your stay. You can park on the street. Note: It is a one-sided street parking. There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door for security. There are no cameras in the unit. There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. This is a pet-friendly property; 2 pets max, up to 50 lbs per pet, and a pet fee of $50 USD. We provide some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dishwashing liquid. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty. \- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. It was so bad that we left the city early so we didn't have to stay there another night. My friends and I booked this place for 2 nights to go see the rodeo. The place has a strong lingering smell of cigarettes that does not go away. So much so that the smell stuck to our clothes after we left. The rug, couch, bed, and walls were ALL stained and dirty. There was only one towel and a hand towel provided for the three of us. Both were very low quality, old and did not seem clean. No rugs in the bathroom. ##### Anthony S. Séjour de 2 nuits en mars 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Lisa T. 19 déc. 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Apartment and Host Unit not maintained, falling apart. Washer flooded bathroom & hallway. Kitchen faucet not attached to base & wobbled like a drunk sailor. Smoke alarm beeping incessantly. Bedroom: blinds broken and missing, curtains missing, hardware falling out of wall. Garbage bag full of damp sheets & towels left in closet. Balcony unusable due to tree overgrowth, covered in dead leaves and branches. Screen door damaged, full of holes, unusable. Only one partial roll of toilet paper provided for 12-night stay. Maintenance did not come until Day 4 & could not fix everything. Cleaning came on Day 6 but did not clean what they were supposed to. They had to come back & still left balls of lint & hair on the bathroom floor, which were there when I arrived. Toilet paper was not delivered until Day 7\. Building in violation of city code by not having lights on in common areas including walkways & stairwells when dark outside. Host refused to provide basic items like bathmat, kitchen towels, hot pads, tea kettle. Kitchen not well stocked. No drinking glasses except some dirty & cracked plastic ones. Hosts never showed up to help, could never tell me when maintenance or cleaners would show up, are clearly incompetent & ineffective in communicating with maintenance & cleaners. I had to manage all maintenance & cleaning people. Luckily, I speak Spanish. It’s clear the hosts don’t care about conditions. I suspect they are deleting the listing if it gets bad reviews then relist it. ##### Lisa T.
