Guest Access: There will be a mandatory Jacuzzi waiver that needs to be signed prior to receiving any access codes. NO EXCEPTIONS Jacuzzi is cleaned weekly Grass is cut weekly - yard guy will access the backyard of home in the mornings. There are two security cameras. One at the front door (facing outside only) These cameras should never be touched, or there will be a $200 fee applied for repositioning and re-installing. Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21\. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any emergency or day-to-day enquiries.
