This cozy home sits on a large corner lot on a quite peaceful cul-de-sac. Located in the heart of The Woodlands in Panther Creek area. This 1 story home has been completely remodeled with new paint, floors, tub, sinks, granite counter tops and window coverings. It is a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floor plan home with a spacious solarium/garden room off the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in closet. The backyard has a covered patio with outdoor walkup bar area that has a sliding glass window above the sink in the kitchen to make serving your guest on the patio convenient and fun. It is a great place to create amazing family memories that will last a lifetime. The quite, relaxing, back porch is a wonderful place to sit and watch the birds and squirrels play or just listen to the sounds of nature in the middle of a well planned community nestled in the woods. The community offers 160 miles of pathways and trails linking the villages in The Woodlands to the many shopping areas. They also serve as a safe venue away from vehicle traffic to exercise, walk, run, and bicycle and roller blade or just enjoy being in the outdoors. There are many parks, tennis courts, basketball courts and public golf courses in the area.
