I booked it for my family who are from another city because they had doctor appointments here in Houston because of possible cancer!I booked the place previously in advance on June 24th thru June 26th and then again on July 5th thru July 10th. I booked again on July 15th thru July 18th but was unaware if the issues as my family did not make complaints because of the stress of having to come to Houston and possibly getting the news of cancer.I reached out to VRBO addressing my concerns several times because I had already booked them again not knowing the issues and dirtiness of the place. Also, they require you get get insurance and they used the insurance that I paid fir to get them new towels!!My family indicated that they had to clean the place because there was dog hair in the beds and the bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere’sUpon arrival the same issues with hair and filth! I kept reaching out to the owner and they never responded!! This messages she left me!Pulled the covers back and that's what we found. So we pulled everything and add up until 3 because the dryer didn't dry properly. Just an FYI. Grateful for everything. Love you. The was a funny smell when we came in. Didn't smell like the first time. Smelled faintly like dog poop. Wasn't sure... Séjour de 4 nuits en mai 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jessica J. 19 mai 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Great little stay Property overall is a good little place for family, hallway is a little muggy/musty but unit itself was great! Cool when you walk in which is needed because halls are hot- it’s Texas! Beds are comfy, we were in town for Clash of the Clubs and it was super convenient location. Daughter went to pool one evening after games and there were about 8 young kids maybe 6-9 that were regulars in the pool and she joined right in playing games with the kids ( she’s 15) and they were all welcoming and parents too. Only thing it needs is more silverware in the kitchen- only 3 spoons, forks and butter knives. ##### Jessica J. The apartment had a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom didn't have wash clothes just make up towels. A couple of dead roaches were in the refrigerator. Overall I feel it was a decent place thats just in need of a better cleaning service. ##### Alexis D. Séjour de 2 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Stephanie B. 13 déc. 2024 #### It was good but could of been better The apartment was nice but didn’t have a lot of toliet paper (we had to go buy our own) then went to use the washer and it stopped working. Sent a message to the owner and they were very fast to getting back to me but my clothes had to be taken to the owners apartment and they finished washing them. Another incident was all of a sudden the water was turned off so reached out to the owner again and it was the city who shut it off due to working with the water lines.
