Luxury Home in The Heights! Pet Friendly, Sleeps 8 The home is spacious and cozy at the same time. With over 2200 sqft the home feels large enough to accommodate a large family with a few furry friends. The home is a 3 bedroom & 3.5 bath townhome. Master bedroom and guest bedroom on third floor and one large guest bedroom on the first floor. Kitchen is on the second floor. We have two fold away twin beds in the master bedroom that can sleep another 2 adults in a room of your choice. With over 2200 sqft the spacious living room, kitchen and dining area is great for hosting family and friends on a long or short vacation. The home has a small patio on the side with two tables and chairs to enjoy and outdoor coffee or meal al fresco. Quiet time: 10p-7a, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum because we want to be respectful to our neighbors. The home was comfortably furnished, and had everything we needed; note there are lots of stairs so you'll get your 'steps' in with no problem! Restaurants, bars, and shopping are within walking distance, grocery store is just up the street. The Heights is a trendy area with lots of cute boutiques and outdoor bars. I would rent it every time! Host were nice responded almost immediately every time and very helpful with ideas location of nearby places. Even the Wi-Fi was good. The location was very convenient to everything in the area, shopping, major roads and highways. As promised it was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was easy. For sure it’s not a party house but if you want a low key relaxing weekend with no worries, you should definitely stay here. ##### Jamie P.
