Très bon hotel, un petit effort sur le service
Bel Hôtel. Fréquenté par une clientèle d'affaires et de familles. Très bien tenu, propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la proximité avec l'I-10 ne pose aucun problème de bruit. Il faut noter que les chambres possèdent des cuisines avec évier, micro-onde, vaisselle et lave-vaisselle. La climatisation est particulièrement silencieuse, ce qui est peu souvent le cas dans ce type d'établissement. Les lits sont confortables. L’hôtel est récent et bien tenu. Propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La piscine est très agréable et deux barbecues sont à la disposition des clients (ils fonctionnent tout juste, mais c'est bien sympa). Le petit déjeuner est complet. Le chaud est proposé sous forme de produits à passer au micro-onde. Ça évite sans doute le gâchis, mais ce n'est pas très engageant. Pour le reste que du très classique (céréales, gaufres, et divers pains à toaster. Quelques fruits). Une petite ombre au tableau, la personne en charge du petit déjeuner est aussi agréable qu'une porte de prison. Une demi-heure avant la fin, elle fait gentiment disparaitre les produits les uns après les autres. Résultat, il manque beaucoup de choses. Un empressement très désagréable qui laisse une mauvaise image aux clients. Autre ombre, la personne qui nous a reçu à l'accueil nous a offert un accueil glacial. Aucune empathie, pas de sourire et pas un seul mot de bienvenu. Suffisamment rare aux USA pour être mentionné. Mon statut de membre Hilton Hhonnor n'y a rien changé. Dommage.

Although the microwave didn't work and the housekeeper kept bothering us even after we told them we will be leaving close to noon check out time, our stay was very comfortable. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the lady in charge was very nice and kind. At our arrival the manager helped us with our baggage. In general employees are very nice and attentive. Location is great. Safe and easy parking. There is a restaurant and a CVS at walkable distance.

Door handle in our room was broken. Otherwise it was very nice and clean and spacious. Ac worked very well. Breakfast was mediocre. The only thing that looked good were the biscuits and gravy but the gravy was already gone at 9am and they didn’t bring more even though there was an hour left. The employees also didn’t speak English.

Dreadful stay here: The guests above us sounded like they were literally slamming things/jumping on the floor all night - we called the front desk, and there was no change. 30 minutes later, we called again and the attendant said the room had a child and we “should stop worrying about it.” I asked them to go speak to the room in person, and she refused. Complained in person to a new attendant the next morning, they said the family was checking out - surprise, they weren’t! We endured another night of loud banging with no help from the front desk. THEN, someone pulled fire alarm, requiring everyone evacuate the building. I asked the attendant what happened, she wouldn’t even make eye contact or answer. Upon checking out, I pointed to the sign in the lobby saying that they would credit your stay if you were unhappy - another big surprise, they refused! So, if you value a peaceful stay and a good night’s sleep, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

First timer stay here cos we need to do something around Katy area, the room is terrible The main door isn’t close properly , we have to slam it to make sure it closed and the double lock is broken one of the bolt is missing , the bathroom door so heavy to slide won’t lock and barely can closed all the way, the carpet full of stain , we arrived late and just realized right before midnight , FD clerk said there’s no twin bed available to moved us , but we have our 12 years old with us it’s impossible to sleep in one bed for 3 of us, I paid $189 through Expedia so this is all I got, never have issues with other Home2 in different area.

If you aren’t here to sleep, this place is for you
Nice property but our stay, for my father’s funeral, was awful due to the noise in the room above us. We complained after a sleepless night with 2 children, 1 of whom is autistic, and were told they couldn’t move us to a new room because the property was full nor could they reign in the noise level above us because it was long term hotel residents. They didn’t offer and then refused to comp us anything after spending 3 awful days and nights there.

The hotel was in a good section of town, close to good restaurants. A few items that I wasn’t over impressed by was the gap on the bottom of the entrance door, it let in a lot of light, the door and walls seemed very thin, I could hear a lot of outside noises. As for the staff, really didn’t see them around. And was not greeted when walking through the lobby. Not necessarily anything bad, just not very friendly. If I have the choice, it’s not a place I’d stay at again.

I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel. The walls were so thin. I could hear every noise from the room upstairs. It felt like I was living in an apartment. One night I had to call the front desk to ask the people in the upstairs room to not make so much noise. There was no safe in the room and no proper closet. I’m surprised that it’s a part of Hilton. Overall it was not a good experience.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Service was great. Common areas were continually being cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Lighting in parking lot was very good if you had to return to hotel after sunset.

Reservamos una habitación con 2 camas queen dos meses antes de viajar y nos dijeron 1 hora antes de llegar al hotel k solo tenían una habitación conn1 cama king. Querían que fuéramos a otro hotel diferente en una área k no nos convenía. Así que nos dejaron por 2 días en esa habitación con una sola cama. El desayuno fue muy malo.

Everything was Ok until they put someone in the room above me, it was either their bed creaked or the floor creaked due to thickness or quality of construction, the noise kept me up. Also you can hear the highway noise in the room too. Had a good breakfast and the room was spacious.

Excellent Stay in Katy!
We were not actually planning to stay the night in Katy, but a long day of auditions left my daughter and I tired and needing to chill, not face several hours of driving. The reviews of Home2Suites by Hilton were wonderful so we stopped in. Stay was LOVELY, breakfast better than any other hotel at this price, and the management was FANTASTIC.

Nice hotel/disappointing breakfast
This is our 2nd time staying at a Home 2 Suites. We love it because it has been clean and spacious both times. Great condition! We travel A LOT with all 3 of our kiddos playing travel sports. The only disappointing aspect about this hotel chain is the breakfast. Little to choose from and always a lack of protein source from meat. Also, they advertise that they are eco -friendly and you get to have breakfast on “real” dishes, no plastic. Well, we ate our breakfast on foam plates with plastic utensils. They also do not have Splenda for coffee as a sugar free alternative, only equal and sweet-n-low. I feel they can do better. I can get a better breakfast variety at a lesser hotel.
