The staff is nice and friendly We found a huge dead roach under the a/c Previous guest stuck gum all under the night stand which is gross as hell. The washer machine needs serious maintenance one is full of water the other stops randomly steals your $3 the machine has card reader but only accept quarters they don’t serve fresh breakfast at all just coffee and muffins please hire a clean cooking staff to accommodate us guest we pay close to $100 nightly 😊

This hotel is really dirty specially the laundry I taked this hotel cuz I was needing wash some clothes but last night was 3 blue women Lying Down in the laundry with to much clothes in the floor around they so I think this hotel is in really but condition to compare with other stay america I was in before is my first time I saw one stay America hotel dirty like this 😐😏

Most home like hotel around.
My husband and I are currently in between residences and we stayed at a few different hotels before landing here and I wish we had just came here from the beginning! Considering it's an extended stay, it's not out of the ordinary that we'd be here for more than a few days and it's the first hotel that treated us as welcome to do so! For the price, it's great. It's a huge hotel so not everyone's in your business, BUT the hotel staff has surprised me by remembering me some easily. It's quiet for the most part and although a bit, um, lived in.. It's very clean. The kitchenettess have granite counters and in the two weeks that I've been here, I've never seen anything other than acceptable cleanliness. There's not really a breakfast but they put out coffee and granola bars and oatmeal in the mornings which is just fine by me. Only kinda bummer thing is you have to pay if you want DECENT wifi. The free wifi can't handle my roku. But.. Good area, good hotel!

Not pleasant
This was the worst room I've ever seen. I checked out as soon as I saw the conditions of the room. It should NOT be offered as an option period. It was a complete eyesore. There were stains on the couch, the chair was in a horrible condition and looked like it was picked up from goodwill. The fridge was rusty and looked like it was picked up from an abandoned property. When I spoke with front desk and demanded another room, they had none. It was literally the last room available, which should never be offered to anyone. They had two elevators, so finding the rooms and coming down to the reception area was like going through a maze. The front desk lady was understanding and she refunded my money right away. Great location, but did not live up to expectation. They also offered no breakfast. Come on folks! You can't keep charging high rates and offer nothing in return. I'd skip this hotel if I were you!

The room had no heat, no shower curtain in the bathroom. The hall smelled like marijuana. The bed was not a queen and every time you moved you could hear the springs.

Toilet didn’t work, sinks broken and mouse droppings inside the pull out mattress. Would never stay here. The front desk had one employee who was great but only her working and she did her best to accommodate us but the hotel itself if horrible

The staff were disorganized. The room had a foul smell. The glaze in the bathtub was coming off. The refrigerator was dirty and had rust on the side and top of it. The main hallway smelled like dog poop a vomit to the point of nausea. Also there was trash spread throughout the second floor.
