Parking: You may use the driveway or park alongside the property.
No Smoking: Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a $400 fine.
Check-Out: Check-out is by 11 AM. Please note that late check-outs may incur additional fees.
Damages: If anything is damaged or out of place when you arrive, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
Occupancy: The home is reserved for registered guests only (up to 8 people).
Parties: We kindly ask that you do not host events or parties during your stay.
Cleanliness: We appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy. If excessive cleaning is required after your departure, additional fees may apply.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost or stolen items during your stay.
For your safety, we have security cameras at the front door and parking area. There are no cameras inside the home.
