Plenty of free parking available on the driveway and on the street. The farmhouse-inspired design combined with modern finishes makes for that perfect mix of comfort and style. Welcome to your beautiful, classy, yet cozy getaway. From the accented walls and ceilings to the rustic and modern mix of furnishings, this smart home is set up to cater to your every need. Conveniently located in the inner loop and near anywhere you need to be within the city of Houston. Easy access to the well-designed highway system will get you to where you need fast and efficiently. You have a king bed (1) in the Primary Bedroom w/ full Primary bathroom and walk in shower, full bed (1) in the Second Bedroom w/ access to Guest bathroom, and the Third Bedroom office/flex space in the exterior accessory unit with two (2) twin beds on the Day Bed w/ shared access to the Guest bathroom. Guests may also sleep on the couch or find the inflatable air mattress should they need more sleeping space. Please note that two bedrooms and two bathrooms are in the main building while the 3rd bedroom is placed in the exterior building located in the backyard. The 3rd bedroom has its own mini split AC system! Maps may not have the most updated photos. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. There are ring flood light cameras for added security. Early check-in is available upon request and feasibility. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out ends at 11:00 am. Park up to 3 car maximum. Two compact cars in the driveway gate, one on the driveway. Plenty of street parking is available right in front of the property. Be careful when driving in the gate, the driveway bridges over a drainage ditch. No smoking inside. You may find clean sheets and towels in other rooms of the house. There should be a set of bath towels, wash clothes, and make up towels per reservation. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. Quiet hours are after 10 PM from Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM from Friday to Saturday. No food or drinks in bedrooms. No parties or large gatherings without prior mutual agreement. No cats; dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. There will be an additional $65 cleaning fee per dog. Please bring crates for dogs that will be left unattended. No dogs on beds or furniture please. For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well, please pick up your pet's waste. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper in the toilet. Lost key replacement fee is $50, and lost gate remote fee is $100\. Our team services the trash and recycle bins Sunday evening! You do not need to worry about them, but trash pick up is on Monday FYSA. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with the entire time. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with plenty of nearby food and shopping options.The space had everything I needed for a long stay — great WiFi, comfortable bed, cold AC, and a fully stocked kitchen. It was super convenient everything was 10-15 away from all the eateries downtown ! The place has a front end and back end perfect for my Dad and I!!! This is the first time I have ever left a negative review in all the times I have stayed at a Vrbo property. Here is our experience at this property. We were interrupted twice in our 2 night stay. In the beginning to have a handy man come look for damage that was in need of repair that was brought to the owners attention by his housekeeking. There was quite a bit of damage. Handy man was very polite. Which we appreciated. On the day of departure we were asked when would be leaving so that the owner could have his housekeeping come early. We felt rushed so we left early. Outside garbage flowing. The neighborhood felt unsafe, driveway gate did not close properly, front entry gate did not lock. Bright security lights on all around the house all night making it very difficult to sleep because of the light coming in windows. Confirmed to us area has security coconcerns. Security camera would speak and say you were being recorded, again not a very secure feeling. Beds were uncomfortable, we woke up w/back aches. Felt like springs were poking our back. Lawn mowed during our 2 night stay which caused grass clipping to be brought into the house since they did not blow the walk. We were falsely accused of damage to the tv, which we absolutely deny. No investigation was done by the insurance Co or Vrbo even after several calls. There was no cost to us because we had Ins.,but it is the principle of false accusations. DISAPPOINTED in Vrbo. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND property. ##### Yvonne M. I enjoyed my 2 night stay, they keep up with the property very well and I love the little room in the back it’s the coziest thing ever. This house feels very homey, it’s good for a small group, it feels like one of those room setups from ikea, lol! I love those. I like the location, it was fairly close to a lot of things, downtown is just minutes away and stores like Walmart and target aren’t that far either. This home was a 10/10 I would definitely stay here again. Contacting the property manager was easy, he responded quickly and accommodated all my needs. The property owner’s were very nice and did their best to accommodate my early check-in request. The house was very clean and modern. The rooms and living room are more spacious then what it seems in the images. They kindly provided us an inflatable bed and we were able to fit it in one of the rooms without an issue. Also, i want to mention that the room with (2) beds is seperated from the actual house. It’s a smaller building located in the backyard, although we all felt safe since there were cameras, a keypad lock, and a proper gate in the front of the property. Overall a 100/100 stay!! ##### Bri M. Although the security cameras talk to you when ever you pass by and it is creepy knowing someone is always watching you, even made me feel like there were cameras in the house. I sure hope not. The house was not ready for a 4pm check in and the cleaners did not finish until after 5 so we could check in. That is annoying since the 4pm check in is already late in the day. We won't book this place again, although it may be a good pick for other "group members". ##### Bo C.
