Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen with open living space, privacy bedrooms, and multiple luxury bathrooms. With custom outdoor space, a Hot Tub, Gazebo, and many amenities, this is ideal for families and friends to retreat and enjoy. This listing includes a high-privacy fence & gated parking for up to 7 cars. The Space: This 10 bedroom, 10.5 bathroom newly renovated property can sleep up to 26 guests! The property is made of three buildings (4 units): The front duplex: Units A & B and the two rear guesthouses: Units C & D. Each has their own kitchen, living, dining and sleeping quarters. There is an access door located in the bottom of Unit A duplex to connect the two units (A &B) on the inside, before climbing the stairs. The fully equipped kitchens and adjacent dining areas are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. The neighborhood look sketchy. However, the owner has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of the home and the guests which I greatly appreciate. The was more than enough rooms to accommodate the 5 families. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The multiple kitchens and laundry was a plus.The backyard was a wonderful oasis. Great place to lounge and have great conversations. Although it was too cold to get in the hot tub, we can’t wait to return to give it a try. It was clean, spacious and all 8 of us got our own bedroom/ bathroom. The owner was prompt with communication and handled issues quickly. The hot tub and outdoor areas were a great bonus. The neighborhood was not very walkable and it is outside of the downtown area. It was also not ideal that a train and a rooster woke many of us up each day. The house it’s self is five stars, the location left something to be desired. But if you intend to stay in the house, it is great! ##### Phyllis E. Plenty of room for everyone with great service, very clean, and super easy to work with. The property dies a great job of providing space for everyone to be together as well as privacy if need.
