This great 2 bedrrom, 1 bath, was fully renovated to host families and business travelers when coming to houston. We are about 20 minutes from Galleria mall and 6 miles from Downtown. Pet fee- $90 per pet,max 2 pets. The neighborhood could sometimes have music later than expected, on holidays there are fireworks until late at night. Also, the area is unsafe for waking your pet because occasionally there may be stray dogs. The area has undergone a few home renovations, yet some still need some repairs . Easy check in with owner sending instructions the day of. This place is super clean and nice. Has remote for gate or you can use the code. Beautiful home and very clean. Fans in all thenrooms and great a/c keeps the house very cool. It can be loud at night with music from the neighborhood or dogs but we have some loud weekends where we live so it didn't phase us. We had plenty of space to get ready for the party. The shower is awesome and having a washer and dryer was super nice too. My daughters got really excited because the ice cream truck came by while we were there lol. The yard has a lot of privacy on the sides and a cute little area if you want to cook on the grill. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. There's a great taco place down the road called Amari's. We got breakfast one morning from them and they were delicious. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies. Plenty of space to cook, eat or just hang out. Loved the fireplace!
