The neighborhood is a bit sketchy looking (I didn’t feel safe jogging alone.) …but it was quiet and peaceful. Owner was helpful and communicated quickly! It was absolutely amazing.....clean...comfy beds..perfect space for the four of us. We felt right at home. Kyle's place is a modern home in the middle of an older neighborhood. But the area is completely safe and quiet. It was a 15 to 20 minute uber ride from all our planned events. I will definitely stay here again. I would suggest a little touch up paint in the bedrooms and perhaps a fire pit in the backyard just too add a little more sparkle to this gem of a home. Kyle was a gracious and hospitable host.
