This home away from home is located in the heart of the medical center, near Old Spanish Trail and Kirby Dr. Perfectly located in an upscale neighborhood it is safe, quiet and offers access to premiere shopping (Target, Kroger’s, Chase Bank, BofA, etc) restaurants and a diversity social experience. Just minutes from the Galleria, Medical Center, Rice Village, Rice University, Zoo and NRG Stadium. Cozy, clean, first/grown floor, controlled access community. This 2/2 condo is all inclusive, (water, electricity, basic cable). 2 Queen Beds, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex! This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed.
