« The hotel is fine and fit for purpose. I found that the rooms, breakfast area and overall hotel is quite dark. The room was fine. It’s just that the TV and phone didn’t work and the light in the shower was blown. This wasn’t a huge issue for me, as I didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok. « Hotel did not honor Hotels.com reservation so I had to pay AGAIN when I checked in. Having no other options that late evening, I had to acquiesce - "fortunately" they had vacancy. The room was dirty and the bed was sagging from overuse. Staff was aloof and disinterested, borderline rude. Most TV channels completely missing or scratchy. »
