Malgré plusieurs mails et relances via la messagerie Hotels.com pour ajouter une nuit avant mon arrivé, je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation claire et j'ai du passer par une autre agence. A mon arrivé le matin du 07 février, il y a eu une confusion avec la reservation de mon collègue, pui une fois à la chambre, plusieurs appels pour payer la navette à 6 am du mat au lieu d'ndiscuter à mon arrivé ou au moment de Chckout, ce qui a rendu lexperience stressante. Le jour de départ, j'ai aussi perdu presque une heure pour régler la facture à cause d'une difference de prix liée à une modification de réservation qui ne m'avant pas été communiquée. Globalement, le manque de communication et de suivi a compliqué mon séjour.
