It was very comfortable and has some fun features like the landing, an arcade game, and great views of the forest from all the windows. We brought our service dog in training with us. There was lots of gravel but not much grass in the yard which wasn’t a huge deal but did make taking her out a little more challenging. There also is no dishwasher in the kitchen. We did most of our own cooking so that meant a lot of washing dishes by hand. Otherwise it was a very comfortable place to stay and only 10 minutes drive from the Balboa marina. ##### Louise C. Our teenage daughter claimed the loft area for herself, while our two younger kids each had their own bedroom. My wife & I had the bedroom downstairs, which was great for peace & quiet. The house is very new & modern, and we loved sitting outside around the fire pit - roasting s’mores and enjoying the nights. Could not have picked a better property! ##### Chris L. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring the area. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy.That said, future guests should be aware that the house has a very compact kitchen with limited counter space, small refrigerator and no dishwasher, which may require some planning for meals. There are also no closets, so storage is minimal.Overall, it’s a charming place that works well for a short stay, especially for those who pack light and don’t plan on doing a lot of cooking. The house is practically new. It is very clean and smartly built for multiple guests needing privacy. There were plenty of supplies for us to use. The outside area had a nice patio and fire pit.
