The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with friends and family or just kicking back and relaxing. When you arrive, you will find everything you need for the perfect get away. Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. This is a NON smoking rental Pets are NOT permitted NO parties!
