You'll find 3 bedrooms, including a King bed, a Queen bed and a Twin Daybed with a Trundle, enough room to accommodate up to 6\. There is large desk area, should you need to work or maybe start to write that novel! The kitchen is very well stocked, so cooking will be an easy task. The game room offers several puzzles and games for your enjoyment! Located on the East end of the Village, this home is close to Balboa Beach and Marina, several restaurants and the new by-pass which makes the beautiful drive into Hot Springs a little faster! \*There is space for 1 car to park in the garage at this property Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. The walking trail right outside the front door was super nice. Getting to any attractions in the area was a drive, but that didn't bother us at all. We did have a slight issue the night before thanksgiving, and called the RE/MAX number on the fridge. RE/MAX answered the phone immediately. The owners were not responding to them (possibly traveling for the holiday?!?), so the RE/MAX representative worked with us to find a suitable resolution. That was SUPER impressive. If there was a negative, and this is very minor imo, the thermostat seemed to have some preset setting. Every time we would set it to 70 degrees, an hour later it would reset itself to 58 degrees. We had some chilly nights. Overall, a great stay. If we ever return to beautiful Hot Springs, we would stay here again. ##### Brandon P.
