Relax with the entire family during your stay. This townhome was designed to accommodate the needs and playtime of the whole family while on vacation or a getaway. There is a "Kids Happy Place" under the stairs for children to watch TV, write on Chalkboard Painted walls, play arcade games, and sit in bean bag chairs, all while enjoying themselves under the stairs: a fuse ball table, shuffleboard, & electronic dart board to enjoy. Then relax in the whirlpool tub while Bluetoothed to the TV (mirror). The townhome property is nestled in the trees on beautiful Lake Coronado, and is designed for girlfriend getaways, a couple’s retreat, or a small family vacay. What you'll appreciate: \* This unit is “new” as of July 2022! It has new appliances, furniture, mattresses, and flooring. \* The sense of security provided by the manned gates, the two parking spots at the front door, and security cameras outside the entry points. \* The owners inspect the unit between each set of guests for cleanliness and maintenance. \* The entire townhome is yours to enjoy, with two balconies to take in the weather and scenery. \* The lake is viewable from the townhome, with access from the Coronado Center to fish from the bank if desired. \* The view of and access to beautiful Lake Coronado. Every HSV amenity is within a 10–20-minute drive. Within 30 minutes of the HSV gates, you'll enjoy Lake Ouachita State Park (boating, hiking, and fishing), Magic Springs theme and water park, Oaklawn casino and horse racing, great restaurants, art galleries, Lake Hamilton, and Hot Springs National Park (including the bathhouses). Other things to note: The Townhome includes an arcade area under the stairs, a great little unique place for children to write on the chalkboard wall, play with magnetic letters on the magnetic wall, draw and color at the little table and chairs provided under the stairs, as well as bean bags to relax and watch TV shows. The living room has a shuffleboard with bowling pins and a fuse ball table. Outside the downstairs patio is an electronic dart board for a quick game of darts, a propane grill, bug zappers, and an outdoor heater. There are a few additional items to enjoy for family night, such as:  Popcorn Machine – some popcorn flavor additions are available, along with popcorn and butter  Cotton Candy Machine – cones and sugar provided  Hot Dog Warmer – can be utilized to make several hot dogs.  Sno-Cone machine - with a few flavors and cups.  Various ice cream toppings – please do not take anything left home with you. Be courteous so that others can enjoy.  S'mores box to keep for smores  Sunday bowls for ice cream. Sorry, we don't allow: \* Smoking in the house, other than on the patio. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids from ages 2 years to 14 years. The kids loved the secret room with the video game table. They loved making popcorn, ice cream sundaes and cotton candy. We appreciated all of the fun gadgets (like the bidets in both bathrooms and the mirror that was a TV). The location is beautiful. The house and all of the amenities was awesome! Having all of the activities for the kiddos was great! We enjoyed making popcorn, enjoying the ice cream sundae bowls and toppings! Everyone ( 4 adult ages 83-52 and 4 kids ages 14-7) enjoyed playing the arcade games and the kiddos spent a lot of their down time in the “secret” room! The outdoor decks were fantastic and we enjoyed sitting out in the morning watching the squirrels and ending the day relaxing there. Shower and jetted tub were nice! The only suggestions I would make are to provide some additional pots/bigger skillet and maybe another set of forks. We cooked all of our meals at the house ( there were 8 of us) and those were the problems that we encountered. For those that are not preparing meals for a larger group I am sure what is there is adequate. The sofa was not the most comfortable for sitting not enough support, at least for our ages but was great for napping/sleeping! Communication was great and Nancy even came by and dropped off some additional items! We will definitely stay again! ##### Valerie L.
