With huge windows creating a tree house feel in the living area, kick back in the abundant cozy furniture, read a good book and enjoy the calm. Fully furnished and in a quiet neighborhood, it makes a great retreat space. There is a half bath on the main level. On the lower level, the Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private deck area that offers a serene place to wake up and unwind! The second Bedroom offers a full size bed, and there is a second bath right outside in the hall. This bath also includes the laundry room. Centrally located in the Village, this townhome is close to a restaurants, and can access either gate easily. Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - There is something for Everyone!
