When we travel to Arkansas we always choose Hot Springs Village for our stay. The townhome was very clean, easy to get to, and was equipped very nicely. It was also reasonably priced. It is equipped with a lot of items we normally have to carry. It’s a townhouse. The main level heads 1 bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. Stairs lead to the lower level. There are 2 more bedrooms, bath and laundry room. Each level has a wooded deck. Our only issue was the trash around the side and back of the house. Looking for answers and no way to contact the host, neighbor reached out, but took over an hour to get back to him. So, we found out why and had to sit there for over 2 hours when she could have let us in remotely. The couch us very uncomfortable and one side of it is broken, used pillows for back support. Surfaced cleaned, light bulbs burned out, clocks needs a batteries. Barbecue grill has used charcoal in it, so we didn't use it.
