In the Garage, you will find many recreational tools for your Use! List includes Pickle Ball and Paddles, Walking Sticks, Fishing Poles and Tackle, Rockhounding tools, Beach/stadium chairs and Golf Clubs/ Putt-Putt Clubs and Balls, as well as Bucket Golf.

After parking in driveway, you will need to walk around the left side of the garage to get to the front door.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.

This is a NO Smoking, NO pet policy rental!

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
