The furniture is 100% hotel style so you don't feel like your staying in someone's old house with their old stuff they don't use anymore. Nice table, comfortable lounge chairs, and the beds are super comfy (and with good linens). You do have neighbors but noise through walls isn't excessive. One thing that is really good is that you are stacked 3 stories on top of yourself. Meaning your foot traffic on any floor only affects you and you don't have to worry about neighbors below you.
