This property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently 2 other cabins on the property but still plenty of space for privacy. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more. Other things to note The driveway to the cabin is an unpaved mountain road that climbs 200ft in elevation between the highway and the cabin. 4WD/AWD is highly recommended but not always required. If you have questions or concerns, please let us know prior to booking. Liability Waiver: You understand that use and access to the sleeping loft and any outdoor recreation activity performed at the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for bodily injury arising from these activities. You understand these risks and assume full responsibility for yourself and for the the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner/manager for accidents or claims related to use and access of the sleeping loft and any and all outdoor recreational activities at the property.
