I was finally able to rebook, but then a winter storm developed right as we were set to leave. My stress level was through the roof!The host was incredible throughout the whole process—always in contact and answering all of my questions. I decided to risk it, and I am so glad I did because the weather ended up being perfect for skiing.The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and perfect for my family. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of appliances, which made cooking easy, and having the laundry on-site was a huge plus for all our ski gear. Close to Homestead (10 min walk?). Full kitchen, big dining table suitable for working, comfortable TV room, comfortable bedrooms. Minor issue with hot water not working in rear 2nd floor shower (worked fine in other baths). Only big issue was the rear door to house/kitchen was not lockable, which is a security issue, and the lack of communications from the manager when we raised it. She texted regularly and well initially (very accessible), but after the door lock problem was identified, we hear nothing more.
