This rustic loft has a full kitchen. We have combined the 1890's building with modern design. It is situated on the 4th floor above Hot Springs' 5-star restaurant VAULT. You are in the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs, AR. The entire property is strictly NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. But had not been made aware when booking that a street festival takes place every Thursday, complete with live band and loudspeakers right below the loft; pretty loud cleanup until about midnight after band quit at 10pm.Also the festival closed off the only access for unloading luggage! This had to be done on another street and luggage pushed quite a way. The loft was well decorated but no shades in windows in living area left blinding morning sun coming in the eastern side. It was a bit intimidating with no shades at night even tho we were on 4th floor. More privacy would be nice. Otherwise, great loft apartment! Daron, our host, was wonderful! Hot Springs needs to address the festival cutting off the only way to unload one’s car and perhaps move it to a park not outside a hotel room.
