When you're ready to unwind after a day of exploration, step into this warm and inviting vacation rental that boasts all the comforts of home. With 1,300 square feet of space, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious homemade meals, including a toaster, dish-ware, and flatware. \- Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level so as to not disturb neighbors.  
\- Age requirement of 25 years or older  
\- Photo ID may be required upon check-in  
\- Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property  
\- The primary guest whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying at the property. A guest may not book a reservation for someone else.  
\- Total of “5” guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants).  
\- There will be a separate rental agreement form and guest's names list form to fill out and sign.  
\- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful and respectful of surrounding neighbors.  
\- If rules are violated, guests will be charged accordingly and/or asked to leave the property.  
\- Guest Manual provided in the property will go over additional instructions/rules to be followed.
