Inside, however, the home was cozy and inviting, though there was a faint smell of humidity. A couple of things weren’t working (specifically the dishwasher and a sliding bathroom door), but when I reported them, the host responded immediately and offered to have them repaired during our stay. I chose not to have the repairs done at the time. Customer service was excellent—quick, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, my family and I had a great experience and truly enjoyed our time there.
