The condo is centrally located off of Central Avenue and close to Futrell Marine, which means you will be able to see all the activity taking place on the main channel of the lake from the charming & pleasant back porch. • Our condo is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need for your stay. • Our condo offers step-free access, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages and abilities. • The dock area is shared common space & you are allowed to fish and swim off of the dock. Beautiful lakefront location with doors opening right onto the dock! Our kids fished day and night. Great location close enough to downtown but with much better views. The kitchen was well stocked and there were toiletries in the bathrooms as well as laundry detergent and extra paper towels/supplies. The condo was very spacious and well laid out.
