This bucolic property is located minutes from Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino, one of the premiere Thoroughbred racetracks in the country. Beautiful Lake Hamilton and   
Downtown Hot Springs offer continued fun and recreation.  
The house has a full kitchen, atrium dining area, comfortable seating. Smart TV and free wifi. A full bath with rain shower and new full size washer and dryer complete the downstairs. Upstairs has a spacious bedroom with full bath, jetted tub and comfortable king bed. Covered outdoor seating and gas grill in the front of the house. Covered patio and seating in the rear overlooking the stables and paddocks.   
  
An efficiency apartment with upper and lower deck seating is included with this amazing property located above the garage next to the house. A full kitchen, comfortable king bed and full bath with shower tub combo. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and the serene view of the paddocks and stables.   
RV hookup and dump available on premise.  
Monthly or longer term rental available.
