This 1947 restored building was originally an oil & lube shop. It sit’s just outside of downtown Hot Springs, AR & Hot Springs National Park.  
  
1 mi to Downtown, Bathhouse Row, hiking trails  
½ mile to Pullman Rd. trail head (Northwoods Trail)  
4 mi to Magic Springs

This is an older building, noise does carry easily so we ask that everyone maintain a reasonable noise level (including your T.V volume) and abide by quiet hours of 10pm-8am.  
PARKING: Small uncovered parking lot (10 spaces) on the property. 1 vehicle per unit. Street parking available nearby on Park Ave. and Cove St.
