Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. The furniture is not in good shape, especially the deck furnishings. The wicker outdoor furniture is falling apart and is in terrible shape. It was a shame because the views are beautiful but you don’t feel like you can enjoy them sitting on the deck b/c of the poor quality deck furnishings. The table was ok but the cushions are uncomfortable as they don’t fit the chairs and way too many pillows trying toCover up the poor quality furniture. The deck was also very dirty when we arrived with spider webs and dust on the furniture so we complained and they were very quick to come over and clean it up which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was fine and we did get a good price b/c we stayed during the week but I would have been even more disappointed if we would have paid normal rates due to the above mentioned issues. Just beware. Others complained about the beds not being comfortable but we found them to be fine and so no complaints there. We only used the master bedroom which had a very comfortable bed with a very nice lake view. Stayed on the large patio a lot which has the same lake view. We used the pool and the hot tub which were nice and not crowded. We went to one of the restaurants that was easily walkable from the condo for a couple of meals. Highlight of the property is the large balcony with lake view. So relaxing. Beautiful slate floor upgrade on balcony, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. Condo interior has lovely tasteful decor and furniture. Cons: Non-responsive springs on right end of sofa; baseboards need dusting throughout; cobwebs containing bugs to the right of back door; food crumbs in silverware drawer. We felt the pros far outweighed the cons. So we were fine throughout our stay. But the review asked for both pros and cons so we tried to give it a thorough eval.
