The Space:  
Housed within the picturesque Horseshoe Bay Resort community, mornings begin with the golden glow of a Texas sunrise, the call of birds echoing over calm lake waters. Days are tailor-made for outdoor enthusiasts – whether it’s tubing, paddleboarding, or fishing, the water promises non-stop thrills for kids and grown-ups alike. Cap off adrenaline-fueled hours with a visit to the onsite Waterfront Bar & Grill, promising an evening of dining, craft cocktails, and live music.  
  
For land-based explorers, the surrounding hills beckon with over 4 miles of groomed trails filled with wildflowers, whispering trees, and awe-inspiring vistas. Biking and hiking may never be the same! Make a splash in the community pool, while the hot tub will help soothe your aching muscles after long days exploring. A little over an hour from the heart of Austin, day trips to the city are a breeze when you’re in need of a little retail therapy alongside a variety of exciting attractions and world-class dining.  
  
Inside the home, soaring vaulted ceilings enhance the openness of spaces illuminated in bright natural light from surrounding picture windows. Sink into the plush sectional sofa in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. Brew up a cup of fresh morning coffee and head out to the balcony to soak up the fresh air and picturesque views, while the lower-level patio offers the opportunity to grill up a delicious authentic Texas barbeque feast. Back indoors, the stylish kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. A full size rollaway bed is also available for added sleeping flexibility.  
  
\*Please note that stairs are required for access to the living room, dining room, and kitchen that are on the 2nd floor and one bedroom on the 3rd floor. Two bedrooms/bathrooms on 1st floor.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Lot parking in front of the building on a first come, first served basis. No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Trailer parking is available at Lake LBJ Marina.  
• Guests do not have access to the amenities of the Horseshoe Bay Resort with the exception of the Waterfront Bar & Grill which is open to the public.  
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the parking lot.  
• Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 dog allowed. A flat Pet Fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
