Super super clean house pool was super clean but unfortunately weather didn’t permit to use. We will definitely book again the whole family for a getaway. »

The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt! »

« 10 of us flew to Austin for the eclipse. We booked this beautiful property almost a year ago and we are all so glad we did. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We never felt crowded. Even in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. Gigantic TV and excellent wifi. Big deck overlooking the really beautiful Texas hill country. Great sunsets and great eclipse watching. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We would gladly rent this home again anytime. »

I texted with “Vacasa” frequently and they were not very helpful or forthcoming of what I needed to bring (spices,foil,Tupperware,etc..) and was told no Christmas decor in the home (despite listing saying it had decor on VRBO). Once we got to the home I realized I didn’t need to bring half of what we did:( There is a local property manager and the “Vacasa” people I texted with did not put me in touch with her.
