The Neighborhood: The small hilltop development known as River Rock Cottages contains four homes and sits on a short dead-end road. The last two homes on the road include this cabin and another rental cabin owned by us. A young family lives fulltime in the first home on the road. Their home is visible from parts of the property, less so in summer, but is far enough away to not compromise the feeling of privacy offered by River Rock's location. Other Things to Note: Our full set of policies can be found lower on the page, but here are a few important ones: ▪ Please provide the first and last names of all guests when submitting a booking, plus tell us a little something about your stay and what brings you to the area. We are careful about who we rent to and like to get to know our guests. ▪ All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (we check this when in doubt). ▪ Check in is 4pm or later, checkout is by 10am. ▪ No smoking inside or out. ▪ One dog up to 30 pounds is allowed for a $75 length of stay fee. There was not a thing that wasn’t thought of or that we even needed for the fully stocked kitchen, and we cooked all meals at the house except two for the entire week.
