The septic line appears to be clogged. The camper does have an odor, and when viewing the line while flushing just water, we can see brown fluid and shards of toilet paper attempting to run through. Great communication with property manager who was quick to respond to all of our questions. There are pillows but no sheets, blankets or towels provided.
