Salty Kisses is a two-story home. Inside this charming home, guests can relax on the sofa after a full, sun-filled day at the beach. Watch your favorite TV shows on the 48" TV with Roku and enjoy a variety of free channels, or gather the whole group for a movie night. There is also a game table for friendly competition. You will find another living room upstairs with a sofa and another 48" TV. When the group gets hungry, gather in the kitchen to take advantage of the well-appointed appliances and cook something delicious - a Keurig machine, coffee press, microwave, and stove make culinary charms and treats a breeze. Dine at the breakfast bar or bistro table and enjoy the views from the expansive windows. Upstairs, the loft offers an ideal setting for catching up on a good novel, and it's a great hang-out space where older kids can enjoy some privacy while watching movies on the TV. On the upper deck, you can hear the ocean and neighboring wildlife while you savor a glass of wine, and you can walk along the bridge that spans the back pond to take the boardwalk a half-mile to the dunes and beach. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Very quiet with a distant ocean view. The trail to the ocean was nice for kids to explore but not passible sure to high water. Everything was very clean and cozy. We had a great time. Did not need anything. Everything was provided for us. Quiet, cozy and homey. The property management group communicated very well. The beach is close and the property is well taken care of. One thing that needs improvement is the entry area. It smelled musty and reeked of wet shoes on rugs that have not been cleaned in a while. Big mud stains on the stairs leading to the living room area. Offputting for sure. All else was fantastic. ##### Ahlam B. I read that there were security camera pointing towards the beach path and towards the driveway which I totally understand. However these are on a swivel so they can turn them. When we arrived they were pointed in said directions, but noticed that on day 2 they had turned the one that should have been pointing at the trail towards the porch and the interior of the house. Since the back of the house is all windows this could mean that they could see you and your family inside the house. I personally felt uncomfortable with this. We are rule followers and respect rentals and this just made us feel like we were always being watched. So just be mindful of their ability to change the camera angles. ##### Jenna D. No issues but learn how ROKU works because that’s how the TV works, there’s no cable TV. Its nice and quiet, except the ocean of course. Not a light to see at night. The trail to the beach isn’t hard but it’s winding and has a couple of steep sections. It’s near several restaurants and the grocery store, but not quite walking distance. I’d return. ##### Neil S. We have 2 small dogs and like every other place we have stayed we notified company that we would be bringing 2 small dogs. Within 24 hours of arrival we were told we needed to remove one dog, no exceptions. Obviously that was not possible so we had to pack up and leave, with 2 nights still remaining on our paid stay. They provided no options like an extra pet fee or explanation as to why they never told us before we paid that there were no exceptions. They refused to reimburse us for any part of the lost 2 days and nights. Will never stay at a Vacasa rental again. ##### Kara S.
