The accommodation offers access to a shared sauna, fitness room, garden with lounge area and barbecue, as well as a balcony. Both apartments are on the first floor; two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. There is no connecting door between the apartments. Each unit features an open kitchen with a dining area, a sleeping area, and a bathroom The region offers plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, whether you want to ski and snowboard in the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area, cross-country ski right outside the door, toboggan on the Haagalm on the Penningberg, ice-skate in Salvenaland Hopfgarten, or hike along the Kelchsauer Ache. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find Salvenaland Hopfgarten, with a large playground with swings, air cushions, a summer toboggan run and a refreshing swimming lake.
