Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, and some include separate bedrooms. Four cars can park directly at the property. There is no connecting door between the units – each apartment has its own private entrance. The house is located in a quiet, rural setting and is an ideal starting point for hikes and all kinds of activities The region offers plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, whether you want to ski and snowboard in the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area, cross-country ski right outside the door, toboggan on the Haagalm on the Penningberg, ice-skate in Salvenaland Hopfgarten, or hike along the Kelchsauer Ache. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find Salvenaland Hopfgarten, with a large playground with swings, air cushions, a summer toboggan run and a refreshing swimming lake.
