Bed linen and towels are always provided, but you must pay an additional fee per guest upon arrival. The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (being expanded) and a TV. Sports facilities such as beach volleyball, badminton, tennis, and table tennis are available to you. A football field is located nearby. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. The outdoor area is especially notable, with a balcony. You also have access to a shared garden, an open terrace, a playground, and a tennis court. The Kelchsau, a side valley of the Brixental, is an ideal starting point for hikes, adventures, and other experiences. The Brixental Hopfgarten and the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser are also highly recommended. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed for a fee. In winter, a storage room for skis and snowboards is available. Breakfast is offered in winter on request and for a fee.
