Lake was wonderful and we took advantage of the two kayaks and had a ton of fun ! Coffee maker didn't work unfortunately. There's no privacy on any of the windows which was kind of awkward especially since you can see right to the glass shower and primarily bedroom. Our last minute reservation was met with immediate responses by the owner. Check in was a breeze and this was by far one of the most clean properties I’ve ever stayed in.The property itself has many ammeneties including kayaks and a large canoe with a short drive to the private dock and park. Lake Kakonee was beautiful and full of easy to catch trout. Internet and movies available for evening with a new outdoor grill which was easy to operate.
