Basic things were very run down. The vent in the bathroom is almost all rusted. The mirror is worn on it's frame from years of water. The paint in the pathe room was peeling behind the door. Let's be clear. I am in no way saying this is a bad room. The view and proximity to shops and bars was great...I am just saying , if you have a 2000 dollar automated toilet (yes 2000,we looked it up), the other things should get fixed a up a bit. It has good places to eat and drink all in walking distance. We purchased a month parking pass across the street rather than parking in the very tiny garage, and that was about the same cost and much less stressful to park. Some renovations were happening next door, which was a little frustrating when we were trying to do a mid-day nap, but other than that it was excellent! We would gladly stay here again!
