Enjoy refreshing swims in the large heated pool; a second sunbathing pool offers additional shared outdoor space. Located in a convenient neighborhood, great boutiques, eateries, and the beach are all within walking distance. LIVING AREA Kick back in the open living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. A mirrored wall reflects the beautiful water view outside. KITCHEN & DINING Complete with a full suite of appliances, the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals. When your culinary creations are ready, the breakfast bar has seating for three. BED & BATH This studio sleeps four guests between two full-size beds and a full-size sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A room partition can be pulled closed to separate the two full-size beds from the sitting area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy morning coffee and water views on your private lanai, complete with a table for four. This private 120-square-foot area overlooks the marina and the Pacific Ocean. Take an invigorating dip in the heated community pool, open year-round. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and access to a communal laundry area with coin-operated machines. There is a window air-conditioning unit in the living area. Beach chairs are provided in the rental. On-site valet parking is available for $45/day, per vehicle (rate subject to change). Limited daytime parking is available along the beach side for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional paid parking is also available near the marina. THE LOCATION Your rental is located just a few minute walk from beautiful Waikiki Beach and a recreational lagoon-- excellent spots for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, or just lounging in the soft sand. Stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park or Fort DeRussy Beach Park, also prime beach spots for an oceanfront cookout. Walk to the Hawaii Convention Center, the boutiques and eateries of Kalakaua Avenue, and the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Iolani Palace, Diamond Head, and the Honolulu Zoo are also just minutes away. Exterior Spalling and Painting Project will start July 28, 2025\. This large-scale project will span approximately 1.5 to 2 years (depending on weather). Work Hours: Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. However, in cases where weather delays cause schedule setbacks, contractors may start as early as 8 AM on certain weeks, as needed. Lanai Use: Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. For extensive repairs, red tape barriers will mark unsafe areas. Your rental agent will provide updates if your lanai requires closure for safety. Privacy: For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed. Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The view from the balcony and location is what gives this unit its value. Easy walking to grocery store, restaurants and beaches. Don't expect anything fancy in the unit itself. The pullout couch is not terribly comfortable, the dishwasher has a distinct sulphur smell when you open it and the toilet screams a little after each flush. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The condo is dated. The condo was not very clean. The patio chairs were dirty, the base boards and partition were dirty, the flooring was partially clean and the shower was dirty. There was a confusion on the check out time. When I initially reserved the condo my reservations indicated check out time was 11:00 a.m. However, Turn Key said the check out is 10:00 a.m. There was a miscommunication between Vrbo and Turn Key. I have family coming back in March and May. I'm hesitant to refer them to this property. ##### Debra V. However they could not address a stove vent which wasn’t working . Also , one of the closets in the room isn’t accessible to the guests. What a truly spectacular experience! The apartment is beautiful! The 33 and 35 stacks are the best Ilikai properties, and the view here did not disappoint. Very clean, very comfortable unit.
