Located on Kuhio Ave., in the well-maintained Pacific Monarch building, this recently renovated unit includes AC, Wi-Fi/cable, indoor dining, full kitchen, full bath, private lanai with outdoor seating, 2 work desks, and plentiful views. The building features a gorgeous rooftop pool, spa, sundeck, and is in a prime location, steps away from Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants and more! This unit is located on the 13th floor. Elevators are available. \*IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The entire pool deck will be closed from Monday, January 19th through Friday, January 23rd, due to spalling repairs and roofing work on the elevator machine room’s roof located above the pool area. This temporary closure is necessary to ensure the safety of owners, guests, and staff while this work is completed. We understand this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as the building completes these important maintenance repairs. BUILDING AMENITIES The luxurious Pacific Monarch community boasts a gorgeous rooftop sundeck with outdoor pool and hot tub. Building also includes upkept lobby, on-site dining, coin-operated laundry facility, and optional paid on-site parking. PARKING This unit does not include parking. The Pacific Monarch building manages an attached parking garage that can be purchased from the front desk. LOCATION This ideally located home is tucked along the shop and restaurant-dotted Kuhio Ave and a block from the world-famous Kalakaua Ave, and is two short blocks from Waikiki Beach. The Pacific Monarch is a secured building steps away from Duke’s Lane eateries and ABC Stores and a short stroll to Waikiki Beach. First off my sheets were dirty with stains, hair, and an eyebrow left on it. They obviously hadn’t even laundered the sheets! My toddler picked up a hair ball stuck in the closet rail. I was disgusted. The shower head isn’t adjustable and looks like it’s coming out of the wall. The towels are thin, small, and cheap. I’ve had better towels at a best western. One of the “rooms” is separated from the kitchen/living room by an accordion style plastic door which looks very cheap. There’s a kitchen, but no way to wash and dry your dishes. I asked the owner for a drying rack to dry the dishes, they said no. So how am I supposed to use dishes/utensils if I can’t dry them. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
