It's an older building so some wear and tear is to be expected. Everything was functional and nice in our condo. Our only complaint would be the clarity of the listing as it relates to the laundry facilities. The description reads as if there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This is not accurate. There are laundry facilities on each floor. One of the things we look for in a vacation rental is an ensuite laundry room. This was a nominal inconvenience as I had to sit in the laundry room for 2 hours a couple times to do laundry rather than have it running while enjoying time with the family. ##### Kris H. The view was absolutely spectacular and the home was cute and cozy. The location was great for enjoying Waikiki and we loved spending time on the balconies. The one and only negative are the elevators. The elevators get so busy that we found ourselves having to use the stairs alot. It's especially terrible during the time of day that people are checking in or out so just expect long waits to use the elevators. Despite all that, we'd still recommend staying at this gorgeous place. ##### Chris J. We walked everywhere. A nice bonus was the amazing view of the ocean and lagoon.
